2. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other harmful material. Unauthorized access to our systems is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and nutritional information are accurate. However, specifications may change based on raw material availability and government guidelines. Images shown are for representation purposes only.

4. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, will be communicated before order confirmation.

5. Minimum Order, Payment & Dispatch

• All prices mentioned are applicable subject to a minimum order of 600 bags (30 MT).
• Payments must be made in advance via cheque or RTGS/NEFT to the account details provided at the time of order confirmation.
• Material will be dispatched only after the payment has been realized.
• Delivery will be made within 72 hours from the receipt of the order, subject to payment confirmation.
• Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jannat Feeds Industry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products beyond the value of the product purchased.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
