1. Quality Guarantee
At Jannat Feeds Industry, we take pride in manufacturing balanced, steam-pelleted cattle feed using high-quality raw materials. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will work with you to make it right.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The wrong product or quantity was delivered.
- The feed shows visible signs of contamination or spoilage upon delivery.
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used feed bags cannot be returned unless they are defective. Custom or bulk orders placed on special request are also non-returnable.
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. In case of cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the shipment has left our facility, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests and will be subject to the eligibility criteria above.
